We feel sure that you will enjoy living in our community as much as we do. There are so many positive things that happen here.

The primary purpose of our Association is to protect the mutual rights and interests of its residents, maintain our common properties and enhance the overall quality of living in Awosting. To meet these goals, our membership elects a 10 member Board of Directors. A large portion of our membership dues are for social events, maintenance and taxes on our common properties. AYS is active in the Rebel National Class Association. We host the annual District One Regatta and the Rebel Class National Championship Regatta every five years or so. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned sailor, AYS provides exciting, multi-generational competition out on the lake. Learn more about AYS at www.AwostingYachtSquadron.com
