The rate for small parties is available for rentals booked no earlier than three months in advance, for small afternoon parties of up to 50 folks for a maximum of four hours. All other rental terms are the same as for the full day $550 rental (deposit, responsibilities, etc.) Parties will need to finish up by 6:00 PM to accommodate general community usage.
