Our Clubhouse can hold up to 265 people. It features an 80" TV over a stone fireplace, a 65" TV behind our custom bar.
The rate for small parties is available for rentals booked no earlier than three months in advance, for small afternoon parties of up to 50 folks for a maximum of four hours. All other rental terms are the same as for the full day $550 rental (deposit, responsibilities, etc.) Parties will need to finish up by 6:00 PM to accommodate general community usage.
